You said…..that you were concerned about having to wait in a queue on the telephone and sometimes being cut-off whilst waiting within the telephone queue.

We did….. the surgery has introduced a new “call-back” option. You can now choose the “call-back” option instead of waiting on hold and the surgery will call you back.

Please note if you choose this option, you will not lose your place in the queue.

The surgery has also reported the problem with some calls being cut-off to the IT provider who is looking into a solution.

You said….that you were concerned about long waiting times for your appointment in the surgery.

We did….although delays are sometimes unavoidable due to emergencies, the Receptionist will advise you if the Clinician is running behind when you check in for your appointment.
