111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
The practice offers Extended Access appointments every Thursday between the hours of 6.30pm and 8pm at the Beaconsfield site. We offer phlebotomy services, GP and ANP appointments, Pharmacist appointments and Chronic Disease reviews.
Please call the practice on 0151 424 3986 to book an appointment or book online.

Extended Access appointments are also available for all Widnes practices. These appointments are based at Highfield Hospital, Monday-Friday 6.30pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. To book an appointment during surgery hours please contact the practice. To book when the surgery is closed please contact Highfield direct on 0151 495 5479.

A variety of appointments are provided such as GP/ANP appointments, cervical screening and blood tests.
You will be seen by a local clinician although not necessarily your own GP and they will have access to all your medical records.
